July 27th, 2014 Yoga & Lunch Ride To The Stirling Hotel.

Hey Wolves,

I’m leading a ride this Sunday to the Stirling Hotel.

Join me for a 30 mile round trip, social ride through the Great
Swamp. The destination will be the Stirling Hotel
for a late lunch.

This ride will leave from the Morristown
farmers market at 41 Morris Street, Morristown at 1:00 pm.

Before the ride, some of the BikeWalkMorristown crew and myself will be doing the yoga class offered by Be Well for Grow it Green Morristown which starts at 11:30.

All are welcome.
